Ken and his team were great. A fair and honest quote. Texted me pictures and made sure I liked the color. We stained our flooring and he made it look brand new. Got the job done on time and followed up to make sure everything looked great days after. Highly recommend.

My parents needed their floors refinished so I looked around and found AJ floor service. I contacted Ken and he was able to meet with my parents and I the next day and gave us a quote we were happy with. He finished my floors within 2 days and my floors look great. It was quick, easy and my parents loved the finished floors.

The process was great, from the quote through the work. The 108-year-old kitchen floor had been covered by 7 layers of tile, linoleum, vinyl and other junk that we stripped down to the original hardwood. Unfortunately, that hardwood had glue, nail holes and looked awful. Vy and his crew did excellent work, quickly and efficiently.

Ken and his team did a fantastic job refinishing my hardwood floors. He explained the work they would do and was spot on in regards to how long the job would take etc. He communicated and was responsive to all my questions as well. Great price too! Ken even went the extra mile and fed our cats while we were out of the house during the work. :)

From start to finish Ken was AMAZING! I closed on my first home on Thursday morning, by 1 pm Ken had consulted and agreed to start work on Saturday. He was super nice, giving me text updates (I work 24 hour shifts). He and his team were punctual and professional. I literally feel like he made my first house a home. His pricing was competitive, and practical. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone I know. To give some perspective, my parents live in a home just outside of the city (4x as large); and they paid 4x as much to have have a master/hallway refinished. My Dad, whom spent more time with the team, was super complimentary and very jealous by Monday night.

The turn around response was within five minutes, Ken came to our home that day and gave us a reasonable quote for a very worn and tired floor. The appt. was set, with a prompt arrival. The team worked efficiently, even added a layer of plastic over the doorway so our family was able to sleep upstairs, with a fan on, without the heavy odors bothering us. The second day the finish coat was applied and three days later, the room is just beautiful. The product used is of very good properties. The team are quiet and very respectful.
